History: Can be found here.
Personality: Cashmere is in a word self-obsessed. She knows what her strengths are and plays at them whenever she can. In a sense, she is never truly herself unless she’s around her brother... And even then, she will take the dominant role and use him to her own means. She’s not afraid of manipulating others in order to get what she wants.
Growing up in District 1 as a Career tribute, Cashmere was taught to be nothing less than perfect. It was an honor for her to volunteer for her games and no surprise that she had won them. Because of this, she is exceedingly arrogant. Sure, the Games were no walk in the park, but if for the fact that she walked out as the sole victor was enough to boost her already swollen ego. Because of this, Cashmere is essentially a killing machine. She was trained from a young age on the art of fighting in the arena and knows upwards of 20 different ways to kill someone with a knife because of the extensive training she received.
It can also be assumed that this “killing machine” of a Victor is merciless in her acts. Unlike most of the other districts, the Career district gained a sick sort of satisfaction in the brutal murder of the other tributes. This mindset isn’t, perhaps, the healthiest to have adopted, but it was necessary for surviving the Games.
Above all else, Cashmere is extremely conceited and vain. She knows that she has looks that could kill and fully intends on using them to her advantage. She may not have come to this, however, if it hadn’t been for Snow’s push to have her service wealthy Capitolites. Like the few other victors that were placed in this scenario, Cashmere had little choice on the matter. While there aren’t many that she truly cares for, President Snow knew exactly which buttons to push. It was, perhaps, a punishment for her popularity in the game and her exceedingly good looks. (Modesty was never said to be a trait of hers, after all.) But as the other victors who were forced into servicing the wealthy, Cashmere quickly learned that she needed to hide her true self and become what others expected her to be.
Eager to retain her looks, for now that the Games were over that’s all she had left, Cashmere indulged in her vanity more than before. After all, now she no longer had to worry about training to kill. She now had to train to keep the wealthy happy. She learned how to manipulate and seduce others to get what she wanted and to portray herself in a way that made her desirable. It was all about the image, after all. Even in the Quarter Quell, when she was on stage with Caesar for her interview, she played the part she knew others would want to see: Remorse for having to go into the games with the other victors she had grown to call her friends.
Even though she is not an active part of the rebellion, she still plays her part. She makes it crystal clear that the people of Panem can blame the Capitol for pitting their beloved victors against each other... For making sure they lose 23 of the people they’d grown to love.
Being in Teleios, , Cashmere will treat it like another game. After all, that’s all life is, right? Another game to be played. To win. To come out on top in. She will manipulate everyone in the ways she finds best and will make attempt to make several alliances.
Powers/Abilities: Cashmere has no special powers to speak of, though her list of abilities is much longer than your average human’s. She has been trained in the art of survival and fighting, meaning she knows her way around several weapons and could probably find at least 10 different ways to kill a person with each one. She is also well trained in hand to hand combat, but would rather avoid that to keep nails breaking and bruises forming at a minimum. Above all else, Cashmere's greatest asset is her ability to manipulate others to get what she wants... And she's not afraid to do so.
Appearance: Cashmere is described to have a classic sort of beauty with her still fit body and long blonde hair. She’s relatively young compared to many of the other victors and has maintained her looks and strength in the years following her victory.

[Cashmere blanched when she saw the familiar faces. Faces that could ruin the reputation she had any hope of keeping up. Turning on her heel, eager to avoid them at all cost, she rushed to get away as fast as possible.
And right into someone else.]
Oh! [Keep up appearances. Cashmere looked up at the man with wide eyes and brushed her hair from her face.] I’m sorry- I should pay more attention to where I’m going…
[She licked her lips, still looking up at him.] I’m new here- would you give me a little tour?

It wasn’t anything she’d ever imagined to be doing. Cashmere stood outside the temple, looking out on the surroundings and ignoring those around her. If this was the afterlife, it sure as hell wasn’t anything she expected it to be. But from what she’d gathered so far, it wasn’t... She wasn’t being judged. No, she had already been judged and deemed unworthy of resting in peace.
Her expression turned sour at that thought. She had played their games, every single one of them. She had participated without question and done what was asked of her... Her life had been devoted to making sure the Capitol was entertained, in one way or another. This? This was just another game that she had to play.... And now all she needed was to determine which angle would benefit her most.
Her fingers grazed over her chest, where Johanna’s axe had struck her in the end. She was still playing the game, just not in a familiar arena. The first thing to do was to make herself familiar with it and find her first ally.
